We, people from these neighborhood, are asking the local and state authorities to demolish our old energy-inefficient houses, built between the 2 wars, and build energy-efficient buildings according to the latest Swedish model. We don't care about the barn shape, we care about our money spent on utilities. We just opened a list of signatures for this project and of course we hope we'll get new Swedish houses for free, as these will be energy-efficient = no money from now on utilities.

as I went to Canada in 2001 and I visited an OSB neighborhood construction site, I strongly recommend this Swedish zero utilities cost model.
